Scott Schoening

Scott Schoening is the owner of Wind River Gallery & Framing in Riverton, Wyoming. He purchased the business in 1993.  In addition to custom framing, engraving and operating the business, Scott enjoys painting.  His mediums of choice are oil and pastel and usually involve landscape or wildlife.  While the vibrancy of oils appeals to Scott’s eye, he also appreciates the softness of pastels.  “There is something to be said about being able to create something from scratch; to create something that had previously only been visible in my imagination.”

When Scott is not in his loft or taking photos, he spends his time with his wife, Nicole and his son, Cameron at their home in Riverton, Wyoming.  He enjoys gardening, fishing and hunting, camping; all of the things that make us proud to call Wyoming home!
